Vulcan has developed fiber rope hoists for cleanrooms to meet stringent cleanliness requirements. Dyneema high-strength fiber ropes increase cleanroom productivity and further reduce production losses.

Vulcan's VCF series of fiber rope cranes offers the highest levels of quality, safety and cleanliness while enabling efficient and economical workpiece handling.

Lightweight size and the most suitable limit distance.

High cleanliness, strict control of pollution and particle generation; the rope adopts Dyneema high-strength fiber rope, which does not need to be oiled, does not generate dust particles, and the whole process is visualized to ensure safe lifting.

The safe working load (S.W.L) ranges from 2,000kg to 20,000kg and clean room classes is 100, 1,000, 10,000 and 100,000.
